The apartment equipped for holiday use is located in via Genova (corner with viale della Repubblica) in Pietra Ligure. Quiet location, about 200 meters from the sea and 500 meters from the historic centre, the district is equipped with numerous services such as mini-market, butcher, newspaper shop, medical center, ...
The three-room apartment, which has just been renovated, is located on the 1st floor of the building; suitable for 4 persons and consists of an entrance hall, kitchen, large living room with double sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and bathroom.
On request it is possible to add an additional bed in the living room and possibly a camping cot is also available.
It is also equipped with TV, washing machine, external drying rack and iron.
Not available bed linen and/or towels.
A free reserved parking is available inside the condominium courtyard; there is also the possibility of storing bicycles in a secure room shared with another apartment.
Small communal green area.
Pets allowed as long as they are educated.

Practical information
To book the apartment, a deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the stay is required; the balance is paid upon delivery of the keys, together with the tourist tax.
